Our February 10, Moonlight Serenade dance is rapidly approaching and it is time to make your dinner entrée selections.? This information needs to be turned in to our caterer
at least 5 days before the event.? So please respond no later than February 3 to assure you have a chair and a meal.? The sooner the better for special seating requests.

The main course choices for this dance are Prime Rib or Salmon, each accompanied by fingerling potatoes and green beans, strawberry field salad, and carrot cake.? Please select either Prime Rib or Salmon and advise.? Also, please note dietary restrictions so
we can alert the caterer in advance.? ?BYOB.??

We will be dancing to the Howard Schneider Orchestra with a theme of Chinese Year of the Dragon.? Expect another gala event with great music.

Doors at Rec 2 open at 5:00 (or before) and the music starts at 5:30.? Meals start being delivered to tables about 6:30.? The music ends at 9:30.? Our Southern Gate also locks down at 9:30.? Plan accordingly.??

If you make reservations and CANNOT attend, please let us know so we can fill those chairs.? If you cannot come but choose to pick up your meals to go, please also advise.?

Guests are welcome at $95/couple.? Invite your friends, but remind guests of our dress code:? gentlemen should arrive with coats and ties and ladies in evening wear.? This will be strictly enforced to maintain the elegance to which you have become accustomed
