Phoenix USA Dance Chapter #4033 will again be hosting a?consignment?area at the Phoenix Fall Festival at the Wild Horse Pass Resort, on Sunday, October 8, 2023.? This service is offered to the dance community in support of the idea that amateur dancers may be in the market for gently used dresses, suits, practice wear, shoes, jewelry, etc. ?We will have a designated area, just like the other vendors, and someone will be there with the items all day.?

The cost will be a flat fee of?$5 per person which?goes toward the operating costs of the competition as our vendor fee.
If possible, before Sunday, October 8^th, let me know what items you’ll be bringing. ?Send me the information below for each item if you’d like me to have tags ready, or let me know if you’ll be making your own tags. ?This year we aren’t going to put a limit on the number of items, but we may have to rotate items if the racks get too full.

At the bottom of the attached form, indicate what payment arrangements you’re able to accept in addition to cash, such as -

Zelle or Venmo (strongly encouraged, since people don’t always carry cash anymore)

Personal Checks - Up to what amount. ?I will get a phone and e-mail for any checks.

Credit Cards - If you have a Square or similar account, I will contact you if someone is interested in one of your items, so that you can work out the arrangements.

Your name, phone, e-mail address, and how you prefer to be contacted during competition, in case someone has questions.

Note -?On some of the more expensive items, we may just give people a chance to see the item and try it on, and then connect the two of you to work out payment details.

If you're coming to the competition, bring the items with you that day. ?Hanging items need to come on hangers. ? Otherwise, contact me and we will make arrangements to meet beforehand.?

The attached agreement can be signed and returned ahead of time, or when you arrive, along with the $5 fee.
?

The goal is to make this a win/win for sellers and buyers alike!
