That's funny I was looking at alternative OS's today to run on a tiny ARM SBC that only has 32MB of RAM and 16MB of flash. The SOC is an ARMv5TE which is listed as compatible. My other options were compile with buildroot or RT-Thread. Thanks for bringing this up.
