I have decided to try the new real Sam pocket device, I have too many audio players and other devices and would like to sell some of them but don't know what to sell them for second hand. I am looking at selling my evo10, I haven't used it for some time, one of my stream mark 2 and possibly my milestone 312 ace, I have 2 of them but not sure if one of them works properly. The second one is brand new, I have only had it for 3 months. I paid over ?400 for it. My milestones are both hooked up with audible.
I like the stream mark 2 best, I am not sure about the mark 3, I used it whilst in hospital yesterday but found another bug with it. I like the battery length, it seems to last a good while, probably 12 or more hours but find it a bit finicky. I tried to add my favourites from the exported favourites play list to the new favourites play list, the stream kept freezing up and I had to shut the stream down and restart it again. I also noticed that it kept saying I had added a radio station when I know I hadn't. I was deleting them from the exported play list as I added them to the new one. I have done this on the stream mark 2 and had no issues with it. I may keep the mark 3 and see how humanware goes with it but having my books on tap so to speak will be easier for me. Humanware doesn't seem to be doing much regarding the rnib and calibre to encourage me to keep the mark 3, I can access all the libraries on the real Sam phone. I know I can access all the libraries I think on my samsung a13 but with the real Sam I can do it all by voice and don't need to mess with a touch screen or other apps. I have 100 gb on my tesco sim and it would be a good way of using it. With the real Sam device you only get 1 gb so the tesco one is a far better deal, it costs me ?14 a month with club card points. I also have my alexas and google home, I can't afford to run so many plans such as youtube premium and audible.
I may even sell my samsung a13 and put my sim in the new phone when I get it. I am not sure if I link the real Sam player to my gmail account, I have had one before but can't remember how it worked, it has obviously improved since then. I have the synapptic software on my main phone but synapptic want too much for me to up-date it, over ?100, but I rarely use it so would prefer to try the new system, it'll be easier for me.
I don't know what to sell the players for but if any of you can advise me, or are interested in any of them, please let me know.
