Someone mentioned here a few days ago they could not hear RNIB Connect radio on the Stream or Trek.? I noticed yesterday it is there again so it must have been a fault at their end.
It may bve such outages are announced on Facebook or Twitter but I do not have either.? Apart from social media I cannot see how they could have told listeners in any other way about this loss of service.
Another example I fear of how those outside of social media platforms are simply left to work it out for themselves.
