That doesn't sound right, Claire.? As
it's brand new, I would take it up with Humanware, if that's where
it was bought.? I found them very helpful when I had a problem.

Stream 3 which I got with some early birthday money.
I am getting used to the changes both in hardware
and software. However, I am getting a lot of crackling when
turning the device on, connecting to WiFi or deleting files,
turning the device off...
Have others encountered this as well? Seems
strange for a new device.?
I have tried different headphones and updated to
