I have now managed to locate the episode and will listen to the programme tomorrow. I think the BBC do a good job with its news content and documentaries and like you I find the commercials extremely irritating and a good excuse to visit the bathroom or make a cup of tea ? I would have thought the play button would be accessible. I used to subscribe to a podcast of James O'Brien's podcasts which featured interviews he does. I do not listen to LBC or much commercial radio at the moment, though I do catch up with some Boom Radio catchup programmes, some of which I do manage to download. Much of commercial radio isn't much to my liking though with the hammering the Beeb has taken down to idoelogical corectness of the Right means many of us will be driven to commercial offerins more and more, which is no doubt the idea! I have not worked out what the attraction of TuneIn radio is as I for one like still to escape obtrusive and repetative advertizing when I can as I don't see the attraction of being brainwashed through repetition into buying products I don't much want anyway! Rant over! Ray. On 18/10/2024 09:39 am, Henry Miller via groups.io wrote:
