I've had a look at the LBC site and got as far as this page:
which is the link to the James O'brien programme for Yesterday. Clicking on that I get an invite to sign up for an account, so it would seem you have to do that to use catchup.
There is a reference to a podcast, so you may possibly get the programme that way if its available as a podcast.
