The Turtles and the Bandits pull off another deal. Bay City send 2 recently signed players Bob Brenly and Juan Beniquez to Treasure Island for Brian Fischer.
Fisher was growing impatience waiting for his chance at the closers position but was passed up in the depth chart by Tom Henke. Beniquez will serve as a jack of all trades appearing at many different positions while Brenly will battle Mike Heath for time behind the plate.
