Did what you said, tried the Alabama Statewide
ARES, bingo, connected! Had no idea the default reflector was off-line.
When the previous one said "connection refused,"
that should have told me that

Re: Crup D-Star Program
Try connecting to the Training reflector. RAT is offline. That is why you
get that message. Same thing happened to me several weeks ago. So - you

So, according to the tables I've seen, the 92AD
should be 38.4K, understood. How about the baud rate of the

Hi - how do you know you are not connecting to the internet - do you mean
you are not connecting to a ratflector? RAT is currently not working, try a
different one, like the Training one and see if

Re: Crup D-Star Program
The port speed for the 92AD should be 38400. If you leave it set to the default of 9600 you will encounter the types of issues you have been describing. Patrick (N3TSZ)

I have been using 0.3.3 up until today, when I downloaded and installed daily 02172012.
I noticed as it installed, deleted a bunch of previous files and I assume replaced them with
new ones.

Re: Crup D-Star Program
Search your computer for a file called d-rats.config. It is in a hidden directory.
