Re: drats feature crashing
<snip> That error looks like a problem in the configuration file "~/.d-rats-ev/d-rats.config" The past and current storage of the radio data makes it very easy to create an invalid entry for a radio

Re: Question Potential Symbol Rate Restrictions Removal and D - Rats
I don't see this change doing anything for DStar or D-Rats. If you use a newer radio and "fast data" you're about as fast as the data stream in DStar will support. It's basically serial packet data,

Re: Creating a 0.4.0 version?
There is also an RS-MS1i for iOS. But it only works on the latest few Icom radios and not sure about the upcoming new Kenwood. IC705, 9700, ID52 and 4100 can all work with the Apple app. I'm guessing

John, Can you email Ray Novak at Icom? He appears to have access to the developers of the phone apps. Ray is super supportive. RayNovak@.... He was going to get a ticket to see about

Re: RS-MS1A and D-Rats
Hey Scott, Make sure your radio BT has the Bluetooth data set BACK to "CI V". D-Rats you set to "DV Data", all else is "CI-V". Then, use the RS MS1A to connect. Not the radio. It will connect right

The ticket for RS-MS1A protocol integration is: https://github.com/ham-radio-software/D-Rats/issues/25 For RS-MS1A and D-Rats integration is that D-Rats needs to know the protocols used for RS-MS1A,

Maurizio, Total *Brainfog* on my part. I was thinking RS-BA1! I don¡¯t use Android, but assume that the RS-MS1I will behave similarly. 73, Jack ¨C KD4IZ Sent: Friday, September 22, 2023 03:23 To:

Re: Creating a 0.4.0 version?
I use both D-Rats and RS-MS1A (with ID5100 and ID51 not plus). I always thought that the missing chat between the two was a gap. is RS-MS1A now priced? or are you referring to something else? maurizio
