D-Rats via Packet with TNC-X
I have setup D-Rats to operate with a TNC-X and successfully tested Chat and File transfer. ?The D-RATS port for the TNC-X had to be set for 9600 baud in order to pass data back from the tnc to D-RATS. The transmit side would work at the desired 1200 baud. This setup could potentially cause a transmit buffer overflow as the TNC-X has a 6k buffer. ?I did successfully transfer a 20k file without an apparent problem. ?Anyone have experience or thoughts on this subject?

The authors' ratflectors are currently offline. Consult the database section of this group for a list of other available ratflectors.

I seem to have problems connecting to the D-rats reflector with this error: Unable to connect (unable to connect ([Errno 111] Connection refused)). Any help?

?Has anyone had any success working with rss feeds in drats? I have tried various combinations of addresses and timing, I can get it to work one time and then never again,?I am wondering how to continually go back and get updates from the same site. If it is an ATOM type do I need to download it then use the file for the QST? I have tried them as a CAP and it then seems to go to source code for the rss. Been working with this one for awhile and just don't seem to be able to find a work around. Thanks folks Al KF5SMH

Thanks for your input. All my preference settings are correct including my firewall in win 7. What happened is that the Ratflector net:ref.d-rats.com:9000 is down so I used Patricks N3TSZ ratflector list in the database to select another ratflector. Everything is working normal now.?? Are you running through a Router? Is it open..Did you add that in Router Firewall as well as the Window exception.

Dan's Ratflectors have been going up and down for some reason. Visit the database page of the Yahoo! group for a list of other available Ratflectors.
