Are you running through a Router? Is it open..Did you add that in Router Firewall as well as the Window exception.

My Preferences are correct for Rat, Rat2? & ID-51.? I also have port fowarding for both 9000 & 9001.
I turned off firewall to test but still not connecting.? Advise possible solution.?? Thankyou? 73
