I found the file on the Dan Planet site through a web site address
someone else provided. It worked!
Now I am wondering if my problems getting email through the IC-2820
RF might be related to the 64-bit problem. I have everything else
working by Telnet.
Thank you for the help. D-Rats is an easy program to operate, but
boy the set up and configuration!
