No, You have to do the "fix"...
Information Bulletin - Fixing the Windows 7 D-RATS 0.3.3b6 64-bit WL2K Error.
On 64-bit Windows 7 computers D-RATS 0.3.3b6 encounters an error
when sending E-mail addressed to WL2K. The error involves
the D-RATS lzhuf_1.exe file located in the D-RATS\libexec folder.
There is a fix.
Shut down D-RATS.
Download this file:
You will be given the option to RUN or SAVE the file. Click on SAVE.
Remember where you saved it to. On WIndows 7 machines it will be
saved to the DOWNLOADS folder.
Replace the file lzhuf_1.exe in the D-RATS\libexec folder with
the new file you just downloaded.
Done.
The fix procedure has been tested on a Windows 7
64-bit operating system running D-RATS 0.3.3b6
and does fix the problem. This fix procedure has
NOT BEEN TESTED by me on any other operating
systems or versions of D-RATS. Using this
procedure on other operating systems and versions
of D-RATS MAY BE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

In the TO box I put WL2K:<callsigh>, then in the subject line I put WL2K//Test via Telnet. After putting the email into the Outbox, I .
clicked the Send/Receive, Outbox to Send the email.
It returned an error box of "Unsupported 16-Bit Application:
The program or feature "\??\C:\Program Files (x86)\D-RATS\libexec\LZHUF_1.EXE" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.
Does this mean Windows 7 won't work?
