开云体育With the help of folks in this group I figured this one out yesterday.??? In my case I'm running a ratflector (D-RATS client and repeater app), and I'm connecting to that ratflector from another PC.???? I used Email Access on the D-RATS instance I'm running on the ratflector to tell it who can send email out and what to do with email that comes in. ? I created two entries in Email Access: ? 1) My call sign, Both, and blank 2) My call sign, Inbound, and the email address that I'm sending from/to on the other PC ? Rule #1 allows my call sign to send email outbound through the ratflector.??? According to the documentation you should be able to put a '*' in the first field to allow all stations connecting to the ratflector to send mail out.? However, I wasn't able to do that.?? I can only send outbound if I have the sending station set up in a rule like #1. ? Rule #2 tells the ratflector what to do with email that it receives.???? It is set up to check my mailbox automatically and download any email.? Rule 2 tells it that it should pass any mail addressed to xxxx@... over to call sign W4DTO via D-RATS. ? ? ? Do you have to list all stations that will send you an email if you have internet connectivity and SMTP/POP properly set?? I think not. ? And if you are using an RF link, do you have to list all stations that will send you an email via RF? I am not sure? |
