I don't know if the repository is there, or not. But I do know that it had version 0.3.3. Here is a link the the latest daily build for Linux:
You have to install it manually. Here's how:
Unpack the tarball
Open a terminal window and move to the directory where you unpacked the files
At the command line type: sudo python setup.py install
You may get a message saying it was not installed because some items are missing.
Python is not part of the CentOS distro and will have to be installed before D-RATS.
