It's not a line of code. It is a command that adds the user pi to the dialout group so pi has permissions to access the port.?

It shows that line of code in the instructions. My issue is I don't know where to put the code in order for it to work. I assume it goes somewhere in the D-RATS Pi code. I just don't know where.
