I assume that because you have the TNC X connected to the 880 that you are trying to connect to a RMS Packet station?via VHF=FM.? Am I correct? ?

Ah!? OK, via Internet....Ya, I got that working just fine. My main objective is to get RF/Winlink email working when I am remote -- e.g. no cell coverage etc.? Ya, I should be doing this via HF, but that's next.? The rig I have that has the TNC-X connected to it is a ICOM 880H 2M/70CM.
