The way I understand it (and we play with this extensively up here in PA) is whoever configured the ratflector needs to have an RF port enabled in it. If the others you are pinging are internet-only, you'll never see them with RF only. The ratflector is a bridge between RF and internet users (data only). It can also bridge AX25 packet. All must be active connections on the ratflector for this to happen.?
