I add an issue to the tracker to investigate on the RSS text limit and if possible to extend it as well as to see is there anyway to allow a timed beacon of same rather than a change in status of the alert.
Great work on updating D-rat’s ! Been testing v3.9 both Linux and Windows. It is awesome to see the the increase in users and activity.. I monitor a lot of weather information for our local Amateur radio community and have interest in providing alerts and current conditions. Many thanks for those that put in the time to get the current weather beacons available again. I have used the RSS QST options before utilizing the NWS RSS/CAP events . Is there anyway to increase the size of the RSS QST to handle the larger amount of Characters from the alert and is there anyway to allow a timed beacon of same rather than a change in status of the alert.
