I would like to say that the new D-RATS is a fine piece of work, my hat is off to all!!! I would be honored to buy each of you an adult beverage at some point.
Just as a curiosity I have always wondered about 2 things:
1) Why the posted message must start on the same line as the senders information, could it be made to drop down 1 line?
? ? ? ? ?i.e.??[2020-05-31 12:00:57] KF5SMH: [QST]
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Current weather at Aztec - US lat: 36.82 Lon: -107.99?
2) Could QST information be directed to post to a dedicated [QST] channel, rather than taking up space on the active chat channel???
? ? ?It works that way for receivers but not for the sender. Maybe add one more option; current, all, QST? As I say this it sounds maybe too difficult.?
I am not trying to make more work, just have always thought these 2 things could work.
