Re: ADX-S IF Adjustment
Thanks Adam. I'm curious about something (just trying to learn)¡ Does the value of the capacitor connected to pin 5 of the CD2003 or Toshiba TA2003 affect the behavior of the AGC? ?I ask because

Re: ADX-S IF Adjustment
Hi John, Signal generator is my method. Actually I used a TinySA plus a 40dB fixed coaxial attenuator. Set the signal -80dBm or around. Check the spectrum waterfall. AGC makes it less apparent to

Re: 2 CPK-4 plus an AM radio make a complete station
Thank you, Adam. It¡¯s a minimal container but great for showing the nice circuit board, parts and design of a two transistor rig that does amazing. I have been impressed with its stability. Wayne F.

Add a small shipping charge
Guys, I will update the price to add a small shipping charge to compensate the stronger CNY over USD. If you purchase more than 1 pcs of the same model, the shipping charge will not increase. It helps

Re: ADX-S V2 Supply Voltage Question
John, You can use under 10V as long as the suprious suppression is still good if you don't care about the lower RF power. Thanks, Adam ÔÚ 2024/10/4 8:54, AA7US via groups.io дµÀ:

ADX-S V2 Supply Voltage Question
Hello Adam, The documentation for the ADX-S DC Vin says the barrel connector (on the rear) has an acceptable voltage range of 10-12 volts, with 12.6 volts being absolute maximum. ?I presume the upper

Re: 2 CPK-4 plus an AM radio make a complete station
My 20 m version of CPK ¨C four is working great. I made my first contact (650 miles) with a good report. I was using a 9 V battery with a 2N2222 as the final (Q2) with my dipole at 10 feet. Wayne F.

Re: 2 CPK-4 plus an AM radio make a complete station
Hi Matt, What is the current consumption? If it is around 160 mA, it is not necessary to add the heat sink if you don't key it for a long period of time. Thanks, Adam ÔÚ 2024/9/30 21:18,

Re: 2 CPK-4 plus an AM radio make a complete station
Hi Adam, I used a simple 9V battery. The output also is a question of the lpf. Maybe I will use a heat sink for the P.A. Transistor as I used for the 13 transistor trx. 73 de Matt

Re: 2 CPK-4 plus an AM radio make a complete station
Matt, Thanks for the report. What power supply was used for almost 1 watt output? I would remind it is quite hot if you run at 12V. Actually QSO explains everything. 384km is not bad. It is possible

Re: 2 CPK-4 plus an AM radio make a complete station
Yes, only 1 tx. You could put a buzzer in the tx that is actuated by the key as a sidetone if you really want one. Or blow air with your mouth or just learn to send without a sidetone. Peter

Re: 2 CPK-4 plus an AM radio make a complete station
Thanks for the demostration video, Peter. I suppose you use one TX instead of two, so you cannot hear side tone while in TX. Thanks, Adam ÔÚ 2024/9/27 21:16, Peter Parker via groups.io дµÀ:
