Hi Matt,
What is the current consumption? If it is around 160 mA, it is
not necessary to add the heat sink if you don't key it for a long
period of time.

I used a simple 9V battery. The output also is a question of
the lpf.

Maybe I will use a heat sink for the P.A. Transistor as I
used for the 13 transistor trx.
