Regarding the BFO, I use a simple generator for brief testing of some receivers. It is an antenna analyzer and can be seen at .
I also received the kit and I think I will install it at the weekend. After that, I will do some tests and come back.

As for SPAN control, Kelivin-Varley Voltage Divider was found to be
worked well. I was checked the frequency range of all 60-bands with this
voltage divider. The schematic is attached (sorry in Japanese).
