Trying to replicate a site issue in the office.
We have an old DIN-AP3 that's been kicking around for a while.
Each time I plug the USB in I get a USB device not recognised notification in Windows and of course Toolbox shows as disconnected.

I've attempted a factory reset HW then SW x 5 with approx 1 sec interval.

Is this AP3 a gonner?

Have you tried an old Toolbox version? We have a lot of old MC3s and PMC3s that the newer Toolbox can't connect to. I usually go for crestron_toolbox_2.36.913.39 for the really old ones.
