I just had 2 different jobs last week where the HR remotes weren't communicating with the MC3.? This is with both MC3 gateway and EX Gateways.? All other functions worked fine.? iPad connects, Iptable / Cresnet devices work.? No indication of any issue with the processor.? Rebooting processor fixes it of course, but this results in both frustrated clients and no good answer as to the cause.

Have you tried to do a wifi survey and confirm the wifi channels you have assigned to the Gateways are not being used by other devices? I would also check FW on the GWEXERs. The MC3 is questionable as I've had them not work after a FW update.
