I just had 2 different jobs last week where the HR remotes weren't communicating with the MC3.? This is with both MC3 gateway and EX Gateways.? All other functions worked fine.? iPad connects, Iptable / Cresnet devices work.? No indication of any issue with the processor.? Rebooting processor fixes it of course, but this results in both frustrated clients and no good answer as to the cause.
