Honeywell Turbo Vista

I have a Honeywell Turbo Vista on a com port of a Pro3 and it seems to be communicating properly but the keypad display says "PRINTER OFF LINE"? the alarm guy doesn't seem to know what this means, does anyone here?

It sounds like the alarm panel has not been properly programmed.? The help file has all the steps to program on the panel side.

That was the problem, turns out the help file is out of date. Honeywell has a doc with the proper setup instructions on their website.

Do you have a link to the updated doc, in case someone else (like me) runs into it?

Thanks.

Uploaded the doc with the proper settings to the group files.
