we are testing a lecture capture system with a Capture-HD Pro and a TTC08-02 Cisco SDI camera (new version) at the moment. It should be a quick streaming solution for a cancelled event.

The latest firmware was installed to the CHD and we are using the example program (QM-RMC + Capture-HD) in stand-alone-mode without fusion.

The problem is that the USB recording of content and camera input is not working. The confidence screen is black as well.

The cisco camera has been tested in AUTO-mode, 1080p/30 and 720p/30 resolution. The simultanious HDMI output works at a Vaddio AV Bridge without issues.

Tested and working functions:
-???????HDMI Input -> HDMI Output (content mode)
-???????VGA Input -> HDMI Output (content mode)
-???????VGA input -> VGA output (loop out)
-???????USB recording AUDIO ONLY (.ts file, VLC player)
-???????The content input and the SDI-input are displayed as ?detected¡° in the program.

Not working functions:
-???????HDMI output in confidence mode (black screen) for several PIP-combinations and VGA and HDMI content input. SDI camera connected and disconnected, HDMI source connected and disconnected ¨C tested in several SDI/HDMI combinations.
-???????USB picture recording (720p/30 and 1080p/30) ¨C The audio signal has been recorded. Same setup as described fort he confidence output.

Now I am wondering if I have a broken device or if I made a mistake setting up the devices. I heard that there are some issues with the Capture HD in general.
