CHV-TSTAT

Good morning! I need help with a CHV-TSTAT. I want to use it to control a steam sauna, but I would need it to allow a higher temperature than what is seen on the display. Can I increase the upper temperature limit?

You're probably not going to be able to use it for this application.
Manual says:? Heat setpoint range from 38 degrees F to 89 degrees F

Thanks for the answer!
I don't think I can do it with this thermostat. Has anyone here had success controlling a steam room or any type of thermostat that reaches higher temperatures on the Crestron Home platform?

Thanks!

Steamist is the way to go.

Quick Google search brings up this company who have a beta module in Home for it.? I can't vouch for anything Home related, but Crestron has it in the app market as well:

I would just use the tstat, DIN version and a temp sensor.
Then you can handle all the logic with SIMPL for controlling the steam room relays.
Super simple.
While I haven't done a steam room, I have done many hot tubs and pools this way.
IMO this is much better and more bullet proof than the usual pool and hot tub controls.
