D3 Scheduler
One of the coolest things I have found about D3Pro is giving the customer
ability to edit schedule times. If you insert any touchpanel into the D3Pro project, the pages and logic it generates automatically have a page for editing all schedules setup in your D3Pro program. I never actually use the touchpanel project it makes, but you export it to an RSD file, then import it into simple windows (assuming you have two processor system) and use the digital and serial signals it creates to make a page on a touchpanel or xpanel project. It seems like this would be really time consuming to setup, but the first time I tried it, it took about an hour and worked perfectly the first time. Customers love it, and I love not getting calls like "Can you adjust my time clock, outdoor lights are coming on 15 mins to late, blah blah, blah" Jon Waldrip Constable Audio Video Cell - 503.580.4547 Office - 503.399.9996 jon@... _____ From: Crestron@... I see a bunch of things in the "real-time view" but I'm not really sure where to go. Thanks, Heath |

Perfect. Thanks. I wonder if it can be done without the TP export (like a direct export of the scheduler.)

Missed the D3 in the topic. To answer Heath's question, yes you can modify

the schedule file without rebuilding and reloading the program. You would grab the schedule file off the processor using File Manager and then edit the text file, then reload it back to the same location and reboot the processor.
