Network Device Tree Missing Devices

Hi All,
?
Trying to configure RFID for dimmers from network device tree view.? Only device showing up is the processor, the touchpanels, gwexer, not showing up.? They show in device discovery just not in network device tree.
?
Any help is appreciated.? Thank you.

Network device tree is cresnet.
I would suggest you use RF diagnostic tool in toolbox.
Easier and faster.
Connect directly to the gwexer.

Thanks for the response.? I originally configured these dimmers through network device tree so unless they changed that it should still be possible.

Also not seeing the RF diagnostic tool in toolbox.? I see a gateway diagnostic tool but that doesn't allow for direct connection to gwexer.

Sorry, I miss spoke. Gateway diagnostic tool is correct.
You should be able to connect directly to the qwexer.
They aren't the most stable device.
Try information tool to make sure it is on the network.
Also, you should update to the latest firmware as it is much more stable with newest firmware.

if I understand correctly what you¡¯re to do, I do this all the time. But you have to directly connect to the gateway with NDT. (It sounds like you¡¯re connecting to the processor)

Connecting directly to the gateway, it will show you all the things that are currently acquired in like groups. You can right click on individual devices or the group and get different choices of things to do.

I should be able to do it through either the processor or gateway.? Connecting to the processor in NDT should show all devices currently on the network.

Even if they are not in the program there should be another folder that pops up as "out of system."

Something seems to be off with network device tree because I'm not seeing anything except the processor.? I remoted into other jobs I've programmed to verify and it works completely fine there so not sure what is going on at this place.

But yes I've tried connecting directly to the gateway as well and cannot get into it that way either.?

Stupid mistake on my part, address book was set to ctp instead of auto for some reason.? Thanks to everyone who responded.
