Thanks for the response.? I originally configured these dimmers through network device tree so unless they changed that it should still be possible. Also not seeing the RF diagnostic tool in toolbox.? I see a gateway diagnostic tool but that doesn't allow for direct connection to gwexer. if I understand correctly what you¡¯re to do, I do this all the time. But you have to directly connect to the gateway with NDT. (It sounds like you¡¯re connecting to the processor)
Connecting directly to the gateway, it will show you all the things that are currently acquired in like groups. You can right click on individual devices or the group and get different choices of things to do. |
I should be able to do it through either the processor or gateway.? Connecting to the processor in NDT should show all devices currently on the network. Even if they are not in the program there should be another folder that pops up as "out of system." Something seems to be off with network device tree because I'm not seeing anything except the processor.? I remoted into other jobs I've programmed to verify and it works completely fine there so not sure what is going on at this place. But yes I've tried connecting directly to the gateway as well and cannot get into it that way either.? On Mon, Apr 28, 2025, 8:18?AM ckangis via <chris=[email protected]> wrote:
