iPad Crestron Go app spinning and showing connecting to system but not connect to CP3

Please kindly advice for iPad connection error.
I m really new to Crestron system.
kindly guide me to solve the error.

In text console, does the iPad's IP-ID show as connecting?
If so, it's probably just an issue with pulling down the graphics file... If not, it's probably a App setting issue or network/VLan issue...
BTW, Did you load the VTP graphics file to the processor? or are you loading the graphics locally to the ipad? This will matter based on a number of things...

The problem is?solved.
Ipad issue with network.
me and my senior had done every possible way.
but we found out the iPad connected to the wifi access point is not?working.
we restart the iPad only connecting to CP3 is successful.
but it's still strange why this happens.?
