We are utilizing Luma cameras at this site and they were brought into Crestron Home without issue. They are viewing successfully locally but remotely fail. Firewall policy changes do not seem to change the situation. Is there some special ports that need to be open that I’m not aware of?

Have them VPN into the house.

If you cant get them to use VPN then, you would need to port forward both the http & rstp port for each camera. Setup a DDNS address or static IP for that project You would change Home use the DNS name/static IP and those new ports for the cameras.

Not sure if you've already tried this but...

A myCrestron.com?DNS registration is required to view the camera outside of the home.
