can be reliably run on a pro2?

I have been asked to replace 9 vt3500s with iPads, and probably add a couple more x-panel or iphones as well. A pro2 and rack2 are available, but I am thinking that is not enough horsepower and I should recommend a 3 series processor to replace the pro2. I expect there would only ever be 3 or 4 in use simultaneously, and that would require the whole family be on them at the same time.

So, it turns out someone has already altered the NV Analog to Disk
module to work with serials -- aogle2003 uploaded NV Serial to Disk
v2.usp more than a year ago...

Cool use of logic waves to do the recalling on boot then switch to store, I tend to use
much less elegant methods, need to learn more about and understand the logic wave stuff.

pretty straight-forward of modify the NV Analogs to Disk module from

Kind of related note here - we recently purchased a Gefen USB 2.0 extender that was quite pricy for connecting our smart board to a Mac mini across the room. Had terrible issues with the pen tray not wanting to connect... Eventually we replaced the Gefen unit with a super cheap monoprice version (or something like that) and it works flawlessly!

Anti-Aliased helps, but not much. The only way I've gotten text to look better is to add it to the button graphic in Photoshop. It looks nice and crisp then, but talk about a lot of work...

No, It's not compatible with HID Device. You need to have an usb extender
who is compatible with usb 1.1 or higher.

OK talked to the installer. I did need to change the File to just Ipad drop the version number off the back. Did this and re-uploaded. It was saying couldn't find Manifest even though when I checked the file through Visiontools it was there. I deleted all the files on the Processor and re-uploaded. In vision tools I opened Ipad 4.2
I changed the text on button "dinner bar" to "Express"
I saved
I then hit the upload button (compiled at this time) and picked the processor
I sent the files to the processor and checked the Included subfolders
Everything looked like it sent to took about 30 seconds or so
Try connecting with Ipad after closing out of the Crestron app on the Ipad and restarting
It comes up with the screen to connect and kind of bonces and goes back to pick a system

Is there a step I am missing do I need to restart the Processor?

It is an STX-1700, it will look crappy no matter what font you use.
You can't compare it to clarity of modern panels or IPADs, will never come close.
Have to do quite a few upgrades with them UGH recently.
Arial Bold seems to be about the best you can do.
