"If you’re still having issues, call Biamp Support and they can help out."
This was obviously a joke, yet I didn't see a smiley or anything at the end of your text...?

We had a few spare SD Cards at the office from when we were dealing with 752 panels more. I swapped the SD Card and got the panel to react correctly, except the panel itself must have some sort of hardware issue also because it freezes up and reboots regularly. I'm going to return it to the seller. Thanks for the help.

Re: Dynamic Video Switcher Widget
I just finalized a project with the same requirements. I laid out the switcher object as close as possible to the layout of the screen using the rows and columns feature. In our case it was a 4x2 video wall utilizing NVX. I created a few sub pages with a screen image object to simulate the different screen layouts, each sub-page screen layout has a large icon and adv text object to simulate the video switcher object. When the user drags an icon from the list, it gets dropped on one of the screens that's being covered by the sub-page. Then i make sure to change the icon and text on the sub-page to match.?
So the user is really dragging the image under the sub-page, but it's barley noticeable and works really well.

You can also try init / restore / betacleanup-ing them – I’ve seen some other “odd” quirks over the years with TSWs that are resolved
especially with betacleanup.
?
You can also try restoring the golden image (see answer id 5573)

I have had 2 TSW-x60 panels that would not take a firmware update, 1 of which I finally got it to take.
Every time it would stay on it's current firmware.
When it succeeded I had added the panel to a processor and made sure the time / date was correct.
It then preformed the update without issue.
Just something for you to try.
