Re: GLS EM MCU somebody did it work?

anyone?

How do I download from a TouchPanel?

I've been?programming my home system, which includes a Pro2, some tstats, keypads and touchpanels, over the past few years.? It's been a while and I have a few more devices to add. I can't seem to locate the last version of my program, so I'm starting with an earlier one.? I have downloaded the current version of the program from my processor.? Is there a way to download the graphics from my touchpanels so that I can upload them if I make a mistake in my new program?

Thanks,
CJ

I use button lists all the time. You can have a scroll bar or not. You can adjust number of items in SIMPL dynamically. Just used 4 today on a new project.?

I think he's referring to the Subpage Reference List. Again, use all the time.?

What exactly are you trying to do?

I think he may be thinking of something like this:

This is a rudimentary test I made for an expanding list.

I'm confused - how does a subpage solve this?

D-Nav Objects

I am altering a project I did about a year and a half ago with a DGE-2 and V24. ?It included a NavBar. ?The NavBar doesn't work with the most recent compilation. ?When I hit the D-Nav selection button, it brings up the popup to choose the D-Nav Object to use but nothing populates.

I thought it might be software related so I used the version I used to create the original project (5.5) but nothing different. ?I, also, toyed with the idea that it might be a Windows 10 issue but tried it on a Windows 7 laptop, still nothing populates in the D-Nav Selection window.

I'm obviously headed down the wrong path....anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Ok, I see now?that the protocol is totally different. Maybe somebody has written a json parser that you can use (I am somewhat surprised that there isn't one already in the files section).?It would have been good if Sony?used json for responses in all cases instead of just cases that had multiple values. Good luck.

Unfortunately, the Crestron module does not implement error status, which I may add myself. If I do this, I can share if you're interested.

Best,
Sammy

Has anyone worked with this or the 65 model?? They seem to have a newer protocol than the Sonys I've worked with previously, and while I could probably whip up a module to handle power & input selection easily enough - I also certainly wouldn't mind saving the time if someone else has one written they can share...

Thanks,
