Did anyone managed to configure UPS APC? with Crestron 4 Series Using SNMP to monitor the device.? Appreciate your helps. Thanks

I am wondering whether the CH5 template project is being used? a lot and works correctly.? I have been banging my head against the wall trying to get something to work correctly(On multiple machines).? I can create the template project and add a single button and load it to a panel.? But I can't link the CSS file or JS file to it to change the look or add functionality to it.? So basically it's a button on my touch panel that does nothing.? All I really would like to do link a button to the JS script that sends an analog value to join 1, using the Publish Event and then build the rest in SIMPL.? After that I can build from there.? Is anyone else using the template project and having success?? ?I can build things pretty well in HTML/CSS/JS and understand JSON structure, but I am quite perplexed with linking everything in this bloated template project.? I have tried Construct and find it to be way worse than dealing with the quirky problems with VTPro.? The TSW-1060 is online with the processor that is running a small program outputing on analog join 1 on the TSW.

Just curiouse if its just me or if many others are experiencing the same thing.

I had to make one for conference room on a military base that changed from "Classified", "Unclassified" or "Room Open" outside based on what was happening. I did different colors for each message to make it more obvious.? I just used a simple SIO module with the strings put in manually.? Here is another example of the strings I used, and the format.? This follows the protocol that was posted prior, and just shows you examples of some of the options bytes that I used.

You might want to suggest using this module just for the arming/ disarming portion. Connects right to the keypad buss on the alarm panel and is rock solid. We use it on all our projects. Control works wrote the module for it and SnapAV sells the interface.

I found one about 5 months ago, in URC database learned into a C4 system from URC remote.?

BTW...I obtained another programmers SIMPL code that contained an EVO IR file. It did not work on the Tivo model we had but it might work on the model you have??

The data sheet for the Evo Pro does specify a bluetooth only remote...

whereas their model that includes Tivo supports UEI Tivo remote functions...

I recently successfully controlled the Evo model with Tivo using the Tivo commands included in the Crestron IR database. I suggest giving those Tivo IR commands a try.?

What's weird is I have another evo pro in place of where the 2nd ZeeVee cable box used to be, and currently I am throwing the old ZeeVee IR commands to it and they are doing things to control the Evo box. Not the correct functions but they are still doing it, which leads me to believe this model does have IR control given it is the correct codes?

Hey Stephen, the new Evo Pro boxes don’t have IR sensors on them from what I can tell. The remotes that come with them are RF but it’s basically a Google/ Android TV running a cable app. ?

I am looking everywhere I can think of for an IR driver for a Evo Pro. Our client upgraded from ZeeVee cable boxes to Evo Pro IP1145HDW boxes. Does anybody have one available or know where I can find an IR driver for these?

Any possibility I could check out anybody's module? We have an upcoming project that'll make use of an Alpha 213C and if I could shave time and not roll my own driver, it'd be awesome.

Are you on an older version of firmware for the unit? I believe this was a bug that was resolved with firmware 4.0000.00057 from a couple of years ago.

We are trying to improve our Fusion SSI implementation. We are using the Fusion SSI V2.8.0 module with 3? and 4 series processor and v2.7.1 – 2 series only for 2 series. We are adding a Fusion SSI Display Usage v1.3.1, a Fusion SSI Device Usage v1.2 and a Fusion SSI Equipment Status v1.2.1 per room. We don’t use (and won’t use in the future) any other SSI module like scheduling, broadcasting or other.

I have a question regarding the Use_Time_Sync parameter (No by default, we keep it): help file says “Parameter to specify whether or not the internal Time Sync module is used”. We are using either a Network Time Sync module for 2 series or the analog join TimeZone in 3 and 4 series. Should we get rid of this module and this analog join, set this parameter to Yes and use the digital join Sync_Time_b to sync it once a day? Is this a better practice?
