Using the Embedded Video Smart Graphic (version 2.19.00.99) control to show a RTSP stream from a camera. It works find on the TS770, but when I convert over to the Crestron App and bring it up on the iPad - the Video image is "floating" above all pages in the app? There is no issue with the video. I tried adding a subpage with the just the embedded video smart graphic. I was able to confirm that it is just the embedded video smart graphic image that is "floating" on top of everything, and it is transparent as I can access the button functions lying under the video graphic. I then rolled back the Smart Graphics back to 2.15.02.09 (2018) and still had the same results. The video smart graphics stream is even riding on top of the Crestron App when it is refreshing and does not change during the app refresh.?

Does anyone happen to have module called TV Presets File Manager v1.1, I'm working on a system and i'm missing it in order to compile, hoping someone might have.

There is the possibility of importing the wrong version of the .clz for the Biamp Tesira modules. The same .clz files me was used for 3.0 3.2 and 3.3,
but they are different files with different methods available.
Try importing demo program from Biamp for the 3.2 version of the modules, then go back and compile.

Looks like a clz is missing, or the Simpl+ files are expecting the clz to be somewhere they’re not.

You are using a 3 or 4 series processor, correct? I would delete the splwork subfolder and recompile. If you get the error again you may want to download the modules from Biamp as something may be corrupt or missing in the archive.

Hello All.? I'm trying to make a few small changes to a program that our company picked up from a previous vendor.? I have imported the program archive, just like I've done with other rooms they have, and then compile.? I'm getting all kinds of odd errors and I don't know what the cause could be.? Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

It appears the ATC-AudioNet is done. Got an email from TB saying a service that allowed us to stream radio stations is no longer operational. Is anyone interested in buying a paper weight?

It sounds like a problem with the IR adapter or emitter, but it's hard to say for certain.

I've controlled several Fire TV models with that same adapter, using this IR driver:
/g/crestron/files/MicrosoftXBox360Generated.ir

If that doesn't work, I'd start replacing things to rule them out.

Hello all,

We are installing a bunch of Samsung Art TVs with the Samsung Auto-rotating mount in an install and they want to be able to change the Mount between portrait and landscape via crestron.
After a few calls to samsung support departments, I am told the only way to operate is from either the original remote (By holding down the Multiview button for a few seconds), or via IP. They of course tell me they have shared the IP command for rotate with Crestron but will not share it with me. I have heard on here that IP control on samsung is less than ideal and we usually do EXLink or IR

Anyone have any ideas or has already done this?
