Really simple one.? Just wondering if Crestron Voice control via Google Assistant is available to us Australians?? Tried registering my system through Crestron but it wont register.? Found the Crestron Voice Control registration site for APAC but it only seems to allow linking between Crestron and Amazon. Not the end of the world if we arent good enough over here to have Crestron AND google in our homes as I can always use Alexa, Id just rather use Google.?

Hello, recently the R2 app stopped working, says that you need to have Android Market application installed. no updated done, not sure why of this, even on old phones it stopped working. Dont know what to do since there is no longer support from the developer, the Crestron Mobile no longer available and Crestron One not ready for android... :(? TIA

Use variables.? Set the variable conditions to feedback of a phantom keypad and use those feedbacks in SIMPL.? That is, if you have access to the D3 program.

Yea the only thing that comes across the RSD into Simpl are the virtual keypoad button presses. I've never seen any of the other button states come across (P+H, multi tap, etc). it doesnt send over the Held condition. You should do the opposite way as Eric says- import a RSD into D3 and then you can tie whatever Simpl signal you have to the Held case of the D3 button you need.??

How is it setup, export from D3 or export from AV3? What is the press coming from remote, keypad, I/O...

I am guessing you are exporting from D3 and D3 has some logic that is preventing this. If you don't want to open the D3 program to see why. You might want to export from the AV3 and select while pressed in D3 when selecting the imported function

I don't understand anything you just described. EISC is very easy to use and besides signal layout is nothing like crosspoints.
One example of where you lost me is your processor/program layout. The first one you show using the actual IP address of the connecting processor, the next you show using the loopback address.
