Shelly Cloud devices integration in Crestron Home - UI question

Hello guys,
Just wanted to ask a quick question, is there a way to make a Shelly Cloud device appear inside the lighting tile of a Crestron Home UI? The device works as advertised, but the issue I'm currently facing is that each Shelly device appears as a single tile, and I want them to be grouped together within a tile or inside the lighting tile of the Home UI. Nest Thermostat control?
Has anyone used the Nest module lately? Does it still work?
When I try to link to the clients account I get this: "Set up this device in the Google Home app Now that you¡¯ve migrated your Nest account to Google, use the Google Home app to connect devices that work with your Nest devices. Go to the Google Home app, tap Add > Set up device > Have something already set up? Then find the name of the company that makes the device you¡¯re adding." I've tried that but have not had any luck. |

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýJust a shot in the dark but my (4) DM-MD8X8 units and a DM-MD16X16 unit all stopped working until I replaced the installed Ethernet card with the upgraded CPU3 card. No problems after that. Prior to that, the units would continuously go offline and could not exist on our LAN. The 16X16 was upgraded and now works perfectly. The 8X8 units were taken off the public LAN and only exist on a local network within the cabinets. I have not had any issues with them since getting them off the network. ? -David |

The client has an AC unit that i?m having issues getting into Crestron as it is remote controlled by a specific remote control unit (with display). The client came across the Netatmo device and had the idea to use that as some sort of gateway between Crestron and the AC unit. ? client tried POE injector at back of DM for PJ box - still won't work
swapped box from Ricoh that was working, still won't work with PJ so, new cable, different POE i have asked to keep that config & reboot the DM i'm at a lack of things to try... if not working, then Crestron out, something else in |

Yes, the old way was simpler. However, keep in mind that Crestron Certified Drivers (RAD), Simpl#, and CH5 were developed to make CRESTRON's job easier - not ours :-)

Pyng, aka Crestron Home, and AV Framework would not have been possible without these developments. 1. most important it brought the news that it can be done a gui designer as vtpro to html5? 2. the license for html5 will be gone shortly, then i will go back to using it because until now i did not use web for last 2 years and css&html5 too time-consuming like smpl# for my line of work. 3. u can import vtpro file ....that is a big plus very close to the way we did old file change before cgd. for ths construct it self its still work in progress: 1.list still dont work as vtpro . 2.the import is still need alot of work . 3.text entry dont work as good as before . 4.on tsw 760 the gui looks like u have a scroll bar and no matter what resolution i choose nothing seem to help . 5.no images or theme - u need to import all from vtpro theme . 6.it very heavy? and slugsh - remind me the studio 7. compile time very very long . 8.sometimes the gui on the web does not update and u get button on buttons and then you need to zoom in and out to fix . 7.gauge dont work as smooth as vtpro that some of my first impressions? i most excited no more license |

CLS-C6 how to
I inherited a project with 4 of these devices.? On two of the devices none of the zones dim (they act like a switch: ON or OFF).? It appears that the setup for this is handled thru iLux Designer software.? Is there another way to access the unit setup??
If not, I cannot find the pin out for the 1/4" jack.? Does anyone have this and a known good USB-serial adaptor to get into these units? |
