I'm in the process of honing in my skills which is very small. I'm controlling a C2N-AMP-4x100. What I can't seem to get working correctly is values updating as they should.

Volume buttons run to an Analog Ramp, analog out of that into an analog buffer thats enabled when the selected room is interlocked. Then the output of that runs to the "Room1_Volume" input of the amp symbol, and out of the "Room1_Volume_FB" into the same analog buffer (enabled by room selected Interlock) to pass to analog join 10 (Slider or gauge) to update the position as im holding the volume buttons. I cannot get the values to update on the slider or gauge ive tried both. I can use touch settable and that value will update but it will carry the same value when I select another room.

What is the best way to use one slider, 3 buttons (v+,v-,mute) to update the slider/gauge live, recall the volume levels of each "zone" if I were to switch rooms back and forth and not affect other zones reporting incorrectly?

Any update on the fix for this or word on what exactly isnt working when trying to use the script?

Ive read that it gets confused on which network to use to "phone home" and that the script settings also get wiped whenever the VC-4 gets updated. Not sure if either or both of these are true.
Would using the USB-Offline dongle fix this issue??

We have several projects based around the dual network design Crestron said was possible and find it extremely irritating that it is "no longer supported".

If you have non X model, you can get second usb lan adapter (white ) from Crestron and IP what ever you want it. Not supported on X models (anything that has BYOD).

I have a Pro2 that's in good shape.? I thought someone on ebay would want it, but after 3 weeks there hasn't been any interest.

Is it of use to anyone here?? It has the ethernet card and a good CF card.? Cover shipping and it's yours.? Seems better than throwing it out.? If no one wants it, it's off to the recyclers.

I would also recommend setting up a dedicated SSID for the TSRs at just the 2.4g freq.?
In larger systems with multiple APs, I would also have unique SSIDs on each AP and tie the TSRs to the closest AP to each of them.
They are not designed to be roaming devices...

No, if this is the one included with the UC kit it's intended as a dedicated connection for the included touchscreen, and can't be modified to work on another network. (IIRC)

Thanks for the input. the FW is up to date and I do check that on a regular basis.? Signal strength is OK and I also performed a "Health Check" of the remote (in question) and that test indicated that it was healthy?
That said, the signal is definitely weaker.? I am presently not utilizing a dedicated WAP.? Previously, I had a TP Link Wall-Wart Extender located in the Fam Rm and it literally sucked the battery dry very quickly so I removed it.? I am presently relying on the main Router, which is a Linksys MR 9600 Wi-Fi 6 AND Mesh compliant Giddy-Up.? I have not deployed any Mesh Extenders, yet.

I did forget to mention that I am also experiencing frequent "System Crashes.? The APP asks what was or did happen and the answer is I don't know becasue I receive the message upon opening the APP.? Cleary, it is a great puzzlement!? I did ask the question as to exactly what a "system Crash" indicates.? Is it a momentary interruption in the "Force"...Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity to the WAN, possibly, or some other yet to be determined cause?? If it is a Wi-Fi signal concern, I can easily add a MESH Extender to that zone.
However, the CP4-R is connected via Ethernet to my Luxul 26/24 Port PoE E-Switch and that has always been very robust and relaible.? Mr. Cornfused

Is the firmware on both the TSR-310 and CP4-R up to date? The past few TSR-310 releases specifically address some connection and favorite issues.

What access points are you using and how is signal strength in the room? If you suspect wifi issues you could try to lock it to the closest AP or certain band.
