Fusion SSI. Multiple Rooms in 1 program
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me. I just finished the Fusion class last week but the answer to this question was only partially answered and now I regret not asking enough questions during the class.
It was explained to me in class if I have 1 processor running 3 rooms than I can add 3 SSI Modules (main module) to the program and make sure the SSID is different. Do I now need to add 3 "Fusion Room" symbols to the Ethernet Slot or somehow tie them all to the same Fusion Room symbol? I only ask this because I was told that a program can only have 1 Fusion Room in it but if I only use 1 and try to tie 3 SSI modules than i would get jammed signals and I can't see this working properly. My gut says to use 3 Fusion Rooms but I remember being told you cant have more than 1 per program. Shawn |
Re: DIN-CENCN-2(-POE) anyone used it? I'm not impressed!
Does anyone know if I need to change Cresnet IDs to within the range accepted by the DIN-CENCN-2 before I connect them to the unit, or can I still access and change them after they are connected? I'm thinking of Lincoln's earlier comment:

Re: Content and Control over HDBT
It's just Ethernet over HDBT, so you need an IP module for the projector or a Crestron Connected Display module from Crestron database. ?Crestron connected features, if built in, may need to be enabled and assigned an IP ID. ?Sometimes you have to convert IP ID value from decimal to hex. Re: Content and Control over HDBT
I haven't done this, but from what I have seen when you configure your output cards for the receiver you choose HDBaseT Receiver and then just add your serial driver for that device. Im not 100% as I have not done it, but that's what I see. -Chris On Monday, July 3, 2017, 12:24:08 AM EDT, titoortiz21@... [Crestron] wrote:

Got new project.
The content and control are over HDBT for all projectors, and I haven¡¯t done controlling devices over HDBT.

Re: Lutron Radio Ra2 r05 Maestro Dimming module not working properly
i see the start/stop commands I don't see the Y & Z values being sent as part of the string just ramp to X value I see the Y & Z values are passed in, but don't seem to be added to the string maybe needs a MSP to make it work - i'll add one & see what happens ?mark |
Re: Lutron Radio Ra2 r05 Maestro Dimming module not working properly
It sounds like the raise/lower button is being released inadvertently. For Raise and Lower, the module sends a "start ramp" command when the buttons are pressed, then a "stop ramp" command when they're released. The stop command isn't exposed outside the module.

The analog input sends a single command to "ramp to X value, over Y period of time, after Z delay ", triggered by a Serial/Analog One-Shot. It's hard to say what would cause that to not work, without seeing the code. --- On Sunday, July 2, 2017 8:20 AM, Mark wrote: |

Lutron Radio Ra2 r05 Maestro Dimming module not working properly
I am trying to use raise/lower to a Maestro dimmer module I have had to fix the modules to be threadsafe, no THREADSAFE keyword or semaphore implemented a single press works OK, but if you hold either raise/lower, I see the analog feedback change but then bounces back about 1/2 way as the true feedback never catches up there is a ramp in the module to simulate the feedback until the Lutron side catches up I watch the debugger and see the artificial feedback, but it only sends a couple of values to the actual Lutron system, the last being about 1/2 way through the ramping I have tried just using the analog (not raise/lower) same thing, the Maestro module doesn't send out a string for each analog change ?mark |
