Mag322 (Infomir) STB?IR?code ?

Hi

Looking for some IR captures of remote of Infomir STB (more specifically MAG322) although it looks to be same remote for all models. I found out an IP protocol but it looks quite cumbersome to get simple commands control. Someone got experiences with these ? or IR capture of the remote ?

Thanks

Are you familiar with Answer ID?1000315?? Even with less than 65 endpoints defined, I have still seen similar issues with overloading the processor - I would recommend trying the commands in that section to see if it improves things.

Re: 70 series VTP default page when processor offline

To find the reserved join, instead of typing a join number into the property box in VTP, use the drop-down beside it and select the function you want.

Yeah, i think it?s similar to EventGhost which i?ve used in the past.

I was just thinking using the Crestron tool would be easier to interface as there are already drivers in SIMPL, but if the tool isn?t working, that?s not helping.

?

@Chris
I?m not familiar with MCE, but EventGhost () is bidirectional and can trigger events to the outside world.

If you¡¯re asking about MCE controller, I think so, but I have only used it to initiate actions on the PC from the Crestron side.

I'd do a modal subpage that is fed by the reserved join for panel offline.?

I normally wouldn't bother because fusion handles notifications for Support. This is a non fusion setup with an old fashioned email alert.

Did a test on a brand new panel and page 1 never shows when CP4's network is pulled.

Contact biamp. They have a newer .clz that has to be added to the processor

Biamp Tesira X400 - VOIP dialer not controlled via Crestron

Good day all,?

Trying to control the VOIP dialer within a Tesira Forte X400 unit.?
The dialer from the DSP/Tesira software works.?
However, i cannot get the VOIP dialer to initialize with the 3.0 or 3.2 module versions.?

Leve/mute/state controls work well. Just the VOiP dialer does not work at all. If I set the Enable for VOIP low, then Command processor module init completes.?
I did confirm both VOIP instance names from the DSP file. Copied and pasted to be sure program tags match the DSP file.??

Any ideas of how to work around this??

Tesira Forte x 400
FW: 4.2.4.5

Thanks,?

Hi Tony, i've only just started using shortcuts and they could be very handle. Shortcuts works like a command list or schedule list. A Shortcut can also adds a icon on the iphone home page. Basically you can use the shortcut to open one or more apps. Its a good workaround if you can't find or a app doesn't have a URL scheme.??

I'm not sure about a DM-MD8x8 but I know in a DMPS3 you can pass telnet through the DMPS3 to the endpoint on certain ports.? Try doing a DUMPDMIPCONFIG?on the 8x8 and see if it gives you a table that looks something like this:

TableStart: DM IP Config

What this means is if you telnet into the DMPS3-4k (10.111.7.113) on port 50007 or 50008, you will actually be telnetting into the scalers connected by DM.

Alex,
Does this still work with the ATV remote now that it is relegated to the Control Center??
Yes, this works. The action you want is "Show Remote Control".

Re: telnet control of DM-RMC scaler

Back in the early days of the DM-MD8x8, there were no private addresses for the DM endpoints.? Instead everything was on the same subnet as the DM chassis.? Later firmware allowed you to switch to a private subnet in DM Tools.? In more recent firmware releases, it looks like you can still turn off the private subnet for end points using the "PRIVATENETConfig" console command.? I've never tried it but it looks like you can still put on the end points on the same subnet as the chassis using this command. Use "PRIVATENETConfig ?" to get help on how to do this.

It is also possible to talk to DM endpoint via the LAN port if it is not connected to a DM chassis.? In that case the end point's LAN port will default to DHCP and you can drop DM-RCM-xxx on an Ethernet slot in your program instead of on the DM chassis..? If have done this in several cases where I use a DM-RMC-4KZ-100-C as a balun when combined with a DM-TX-xxx transmitter. However, if the end point connected to a DM chassis, it will cause a network loop if you attached the LAN jack of the end point to your network.

Now whether you can control the endpoint via telnet, I do not know as I have never tried that.

Re: telnet control of DM-RMC scaler

Of course I'm assuming this isn't a client, you could use a new processor in that case, I just assume you're going via tcp commands for some kind of lab/personal thing.
