Have seen this a bunch. setting HYDROGENENABLE OFF and rebooting gets rid of it. Its funny as when I brought it up to support, that is exactly what they told me to do. No explanation of what it is or why I would/wouldnt want it.?

Sadly it seems lately I see so many errors that are unexplainable by tech support. You would think someone knows what they mean...

The above Cert error keeps popping up on my home 760. I think it started last week but is driving everyone at home nuts.

The full message is:
The server that the application is connecting to is unverified
Server: m.media-amazon.com

This is related to Sonos as it only pops up when the Sonos subpage is active (not media player - good ol' fashioned transports & favourites SRL)
Both CP3 & TSW times match so not a time issue. This only appears to happen on one panel and also does not occur on Crestron Go.

And yes my Sonos is linked to my Amazon account for Music.

Any suggestions?

?Greetings group. Currently we had an Autonomic wich has stopped working. I am looking now to add a Streamer mainly just for phone use. SO guests to the residence guest house can easily connect their own devices. I do want it to be compatible with Smart Graphics also. I was thinking of the Autonomic MMS-1e but seeing if there is a more basic product. Thanks

From my experience, Samsung IP control, ESPECIALLY if using Wi-Fi, is unreliable and should be avoided.

I can't tell if those messages are coming from the processor's Error Log, or the CCD module's Log output.  The latter usually contains important clues when it's not working.  I always give it a real signal name and connect it to an MSP, so I can watch it in Debugger.

Also, some Samsung TVs use port 1515, and others use 1516.  Although the .dat file will specify the port to use, if your exact TV model isn't listed in its list of supported models, it could be different.

Yea they used to have a Gateway Backup/Restore in Toolbox. From what I remember you could only do it once for whatever reason. Doesnt look like that option is even available anymore.?

Have asked Crestron to update the driver to allow the Roku to be accessed by MAC address or Serial Number for years.

The Roku driver we wrote allows IP Address/MAC Address/Roku Serial Number to refer to the device.? No requirement that the Roku live at a fixed IP address.

Roku has supported device discovery for years.? Crestron has chosen to not utilize that capability.

Thank you both for your help.? ?It turns out my direct USB-C to Micro USB cable did not work.? ?I switch to a USB-C to USB hub, and then used a USB - Micro USB and then things started working,? ?Will have at a later date do some more testing with other USB-C to Micro USB cables.
