Use DIR for this - the firmware updates are much easier with DIR compared to using NVX tool.? The new dashboard that was introduced in v4 essentially replaces all of the functions in NVX tool and gives you some that aren't available in NVX Tool.? NVX Tool is not really needed now with the dashboard on DIR.
