I have a DM-NVX-E20 running the latest firmware (7.1.5259.84) that is producing a black and white / grayscale image on a video wall of LG displays. This is the only E20 that produces this image and is also the only one on the latest firmware as of right now.?
Another thing to point out is that this only happens on the video wall. I tested with different TV's in another room (Sony Bravia) and the image is fine, but on those LG displays it's black and white. I intend on contacting Crestron today but I wanted to see if anyone has seen this sort of thing or has any ideas/solutions??

EDIT: I changed the HDCP settings from auto to 1.4, and my edid is set for DM Default 4k 60hz 2ch. Seems to be working fine now but knowing this system when I drive away it will happen again.?
