Yes I have seen issues after using debugger.? Had a case a couple of weeks ago where I opened debugger on a CP4 to check if a DIO input was being activate when a external relay closed.? It was working and then I closed debugger -- that is it.? This was a lightning system programmed in SIMPL.? That night the client called me and said none of the keypads or TSR-310 remotes would control the lights.? No interface could not turn the lights on or off.? I VPN'd into the system and found all the Cresnet devices and TSR-310s were online and there were no errors in the error log or in my own error reporting logic.? I rebooting the CP4 via a SSH console command "reboot" and the lights started working again.? I seen this several times in the past were debugger was acting like everything was normal yet the Cresnet devices would not respond to any signals.? Even the "REPORTCRESNET" command was reporting all Cresnet device were on line during the failure.
?
A week later I went back and found the CP4's DIO now wasn't working.? With no external connection to the DIO, the voltage on the DIO only read 0.4VDC.? Killed the AC power to the CP4 to reboot it and the DIO started working again and the open circuit voltage on the DIO was now the proper +4.5VDC.
