Before I could troubleshoot that particular issue, the panel stopped communicating completely. Testing confirmed the Crestron com port and cabling are good, so the dealer's planning to either replace the panel -OR- install a 4232CBM.
I recommended the former, but I suspect they're leaning toward the latter because they think it will be less work (for them). ?
